We are seeking an experienced and motivated Physical Therapist/Clinic Director to lead our new outpatient orthopedic clinic in Montana (Bozeman, Missoula, Helena, or Billings!). As we are in the early stages of establishing this clinic, there is no set start date yet, but we are looking for a candidate who is ready to be an integral part of the development and long-term success of this location.If youre a motivated leader with a passion for patient care and community involvement, we encourage you to apply and help us shape the future of our Cheyenne clinic!Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic. Provide high-quality patient care, with an average caseload of 10.5 patients per day. Foster community relationships and connections to help grow the clinics patient base. Lead, mentor, and support clinical and administrative staff. Work closely with our leadership team on clinic goals, performance, and growth strategies.Ideal Candidate: Licensed Physical Therapist with outpatient orthopedic experience. Proven management experience, preferably in a clinical setting. Strong ties and connections within the Cheyenne community. Ability to lead a team and maintain a positive, patient-focused clinic environment.
