  What will your compensation be?: $21/hour + Full Benefits
  
  When does this adventure begin?: This role is set to start as soon as possible!
  
  What will you do in this job?:
  • Assist in leading the hotel F&B (FOH) program including indoor/outdoor dining & bar, coffee experience, and events
  • Handle guest concerns in a professional manner and take fast and appropriate action to solve problems
  • Follow federal, state and Company policies and regulations for serving alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner
  • Complete nightly reports and review daily food and beverage sales
  • Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef & F&B Manager
  • May be responsible for ordering, receipt and storage of all alcohol and other restaurant & bar inventories & equipment
  • Ensure F&B controls are met by maintaining effective cost and portion control; discount programs are being enforced
  • Keep up with F&B trends and our competitive set in Montana - make recommendations & changes as necessary
  • Always have the guest and staff experience in mind
  • Facilitate a positive environment and yes culture
  • Uphold service & presentation standards & expectations
  • Collects currency and keeps an accurate account for control. Gives receipt with every transaction.
  • Is able to assist or take the place of any staff member, if necessary

    What skills and experience do you need for this job?:
    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • 1+ years restaurant, caf--, bar supervisory experience preferred
    • Restaurant/Hospitality Management degree preferred
    • Familiarity with hospitality POS systems expected
    • Hospitality POS experience desirable
    • Knowledge in kitchen operations, cooking and timing, as well as food, liquor and labor cost controls helpful
    • Demonstrate leadership skills - able to motivate others
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Must be pleasant, helpful, friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic and courteous in dealing with guests and co-workers
    • A desire to learn and grow in the F&B world is a must!
    • Work-ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key
