Seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation and Support Worker position at Winds of Change in Missoula, Montana Join our team to provide crucial support for individuals on their well-being journey - Looking for a candidate who embodies reliability, honesty, compassion, and empathy - Primary responsibility: assisting clients on the path to recovery Duties include attending support meetings, helping with shopping, and engaging in healing activities - Collaborate with Case Managers and Therapists to create personalized recovery plans - Together, guide clients toward achieving their recovery goals Monday to Friday day shift with flexible schedulingCompensation:$16.50 hourlyResponsibilities:Provide transportation for clients to their appointments.Facilitate recovery-based group activities.Assess and evaluate barriers that impact independent or community living.Address and improve communication skills.Identify and implement strategies for managing symptoms.Assist in developing social support systems.Adapt skills for various areas of life such as home, work, education, leisure, and social activities.Offer immediate crisis intervention when necessary.Complete required training, both in-person and online.Maintain detailed documentation on a daily basis.Meet productivity standards.Must meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years old for licensing.Possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance coverage.Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality.Cover shifts at group homes as needed, including day, evening, and overnight shifts.Schedule and attend necessary meetings.Demonstrate regular attendance.Qualifications:Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is required for this role.The ideal candidate should have a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion.Proactivity and the ability to anticipate the needs of clients are important qualities for this position.Sound judgment and accuracy in decision-making are essential attributes for this role.A positive attitude and passion for the work are highly valued in this position.The candidate should demonstrate personal responsibility, keeping commitments, and seeking/offering help when necessary.Professional appearance and adherence to hygiene standards in line with workplace culture are expected.About CompanyWinds of Change is committed to empower individuals on their journey to recovery and wellness by providing compassionate, comprehensive mental health services that promote resilience, self-discovery and holistic healing.
