Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Nurse Float Pool Specialist to join our team at Community Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide expert care and education to patients in a clinical setting, while also acting as a patient advocate, leader, and mentor for assistive personnel.About the RoleThis is a part-time position with a 0.4-0.6 FTE schedule, requiring 2 12-hour shifts per week, every third weekend, and holidays by rotation. You will be working in the Adult Float Pool units, providing nursing care to patients from admission to discharge or transfer.Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Provide expert care and education to patients in a clinical setting
• Act as a patient advocate, leader, and mentor for assistive personnel
• Manage patient loads in assigned timelinesRequirements
  • Current state RN license
  • Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
  • BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire
  • 3-5 years RN experience in one of the Adult Float Pool unitsWhat We Offer
