Community Medical Center, a leading healthcare system in Western Montana, is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Critical Care Physician to join our dynamic team. With a tradition of personalized, high-quality care, our center offers a supportive environment, backed by academic affiliation with the University of Washington. Position Highlights:

• Schedule: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM, Full time - 15 shifts/month or Part-time 7.5 shifts per month
• Call: Pediatric Hospitalists provide first call coverage at night
• Hospital Rounding:
  • Subspecialty support includes 24/7 Pediatric Surgery, Pediatric Anesthesiology, Pediatric Cardiology, Pediatric Gastroenterology, ENT, and Urology
  • Robust Level 3 NICU with Maternal-Fetal Medicine and OB services ( 1,100 deliveries annually)
  • No ECMO, CRRT, or cardiac surgery
  • Patient Volume: Average Daily Census of 1; cases may vary in acuity as a regional referral center
  • Experience Required: Candidates must have prior relevant work experience
