Equipment Operator / Boiler Tech TraineeA well-established and fully integrated forest product company, proudly rooted in the Flathead Valley, is looking for an Equipment Operator/Boiler Tech Trainee. Their operation encompasses everything from sustainably managing their own timberland to running their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. - They believe their recipe for success is their commitment to healthy forests, healthy families and a healthy community.We are looking for a safety conscience, reliable Equipment Operator who wants to learn the boiler operator world. We need someone committed to the schedule and who is interested in training to become a Boiler Operator in the future. - As the Equipment Operator, you would mix wood chip waste to feed the boiler and assist the boiler operators in the control room.Pay: -$24.17/hour plus an additional $0.45/hour on nightsSchedule: -

• Dupont Schedule: rotating 12-hour shifts with turnaround/some weekend work required
• 3 nights, 5 p.m. to 5 a.m.
• 4 days, 5 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Shifts are scheduled a month in advance allowing you to schedule -your own calendar in -advanceWhy you want this job:
