Talent Acquisition
Missoula, MT - Temporary position

A national company, founded in Montana, providing in-home care assistance and superior customer service to -their clients for over 30 years is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

In this role, you'll source and attract top candidates, manage relationships, and assist hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. You will also contribute to special HR projects in a dynamic remote work environment. This position requires excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Pay: $20 to $24/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday - 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Essential Functions and Duties:

• Source, attract, and locate the best candidates for each position using a variety of tools and channels including, though not limited to, events, associations, and community outreach
• Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and compile notes to recommend well-qualified candidates to the hiring manager
• Manage the candidate relationship to ensure an exceptional experience
• Encourage managers to exemplify best business practices, and make timely, appropriate hiring decisions
• Set an effective cadence for communication by tracking and reporting progress, while providing timely updates to hiring managers via meetings and emails
• May be involved in special projects in relation to HR and Talent Acquisition
• in support of a productive remote work environment
  Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred; Professional experience may be considered as a substitute for a preferred degree
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a recruiting capacity
  • Experience with talent attraction, acquisition, and branding through social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed)
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Taleo, iCMS, Workday, Avature, Jobvite)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours to meet the job requirements
