Are you an experienced professional with a passion for technology
and data analysis? We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join
our team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of identifying
problems, implementing solutions, testing systems, training
clients, and deploying solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers on various initiatives and
projects to track progress and provide support as necessary.
- Support leadership in ensuring that the project is delivered to
specifications, is on time, and within budget.
- Work closely with management and work groups to create and
maintain work plan documents.
- Track the status and due dates of projects.
- Manage relationships with project staff responsible for
projects.
- Produce regular weekly and monthly status reports that could
include; work plan status, target dates, budget, resource capacity,
and other reports as needed.
- Facilitate regular meetings and reviews.
- Adhere to contract requirements and comply with all corporate
policies and procedures.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Technical responsibilities include problem identification,
implementation, testing, client training, and solution
deployment.
- May act as lead analyst on projects and direct the day-to-day
activities of other analysts.
- Analyzing complex data and identifying patterns, recommending
actions and measuring outcomes.
- Coordination with technical staff to understand business
requirements, specifications and processes.
- Market research and understanding of health and human market
trends.
- Creating system functional specifications from business
requirements.
- Performance is evaluated based on utilization and contractual
deliverables.
- Project activities include interaction with company and client
managers and cost/schedule monitoring.
- Identifies additional product/services opportunities in customer
organization.
- Regular and predictable attendance required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 7-10 years of relevant professional experience required.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in
lieu of degree.
Additional Skills and Requirements:
- Knowledge of Child Welfare programs preferred.
- Eight (8) years of current, relevant experience.
- In-depth data and problem analysis skills using industry standard
means and tools.
- Ability to translate data into findings and communicate such to
peers, management and clients.
- Experience writing detailed plans and reports and creating
project deliverables.
- Ability to lead or work as a key member of a team with detail
orientation.
- Expertise and currency in government human services, health
and/or workforce organizations required.
- Ability to quickly understand health and human service business
processes and systems that support these processes.
- Experience creating functional specifications for system
solutions from business requirements.
- Experience working effectively with a cross functional team.
- Experience in deadline-oriented work.
- Must possess exceptional organizational, interpersonal, written
and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally to all
segments of the population.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software including Word, Excel,
Visio, Project, and other computer software applications required
to perform duties of this position.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Previous experience in consulting activities or professional
services highly desirable.
- Previous experience working as a business analyst on large
computer system is highly desirable.
- Experience writing proposals and designing business solutions
applicable to business development and proposal activities is also
desired.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not
limited to job location, a candidate's education, training,
experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel
(if any), external market and internal value analysis including
seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment.
Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation
package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives
as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides
a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance
coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan,
paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ
based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties
and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will
not be used in determining compensation. Maximus will comply with
regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all
instances.

Maximum Salary
$
130,000.00
